Tommy is the ultimate hair ‘dresser’. He seriously knows his stuff from cut to color. Not only that he actually takes the time to analyze not only your face and hair type but your lifestyle. He is a master of color taking me from a dyed black to one step away from platinum blond leaving my hair in great condition.  His prices are reasonable considering that a cut from him grows into another cut while maintaining style.

Moved to Philly recently. After trying multiple salons and not getting any satisfaction (absolutely horrible hair cuts), I decided to try Tommy. Ann makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. However, once I sat in Tommy’s chair, I realized I was finally in the hands of a master.

I found out about Tommy when I asked a woman in line at the grocery store who did her hair.  It was beautiful, vibrant and well cut. She smiled and gushed ” Tommy!”  He is amazing, I have been going to him for four to five years now and have never been disappointed.  He understands my crazy curly hair and is a master at coloring it.  Ann,his wife is great and customers are treated to eclectic art and music while they are there.
